Aldar’s The Wilds is being developed in collaboration with Dubai Holding. The project will feature approximately 1,700 homes, including luxurious five- and six-bedroom units designed by Lebanese architect Nabil Gholam. It will also offer a range of three to five-bedroom villas and one to three-bedroom apartments, catering to diverse buyers. Set for completion in 2029, construction is expected to begin as soon as contracts are awarded, with sales officially launching on February 27.
